This position will work closely with the company’s owners and assist with tenant communication, property management administration, lease renewals, maintenance coordination, billing, and collections.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced real estate professional seeking a stable, long-term remote position with room for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound tenant calls professionally and helpfully
Assist tenants with billing inquiries, payment questions, maintenance requests, and general customer service concerns
Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with tenants, vendors, and the property management team

Follow up with tenants regarding their renewal decisions
Maintain accurate lease-renewal records and status updates
Escalate lease questions, requested changes, and non-renewal notices to the appropriate team member
Respond promptly and professionally to tenant and vendor emails

Make occasional outbound collection and follow-up calls during designated times of the month
Track outstanding requests, paperwork, and tenant matters through completion
Communicate regularly and work closely with the company’s owners
Provide general executive-assistant and property management back-office support as needed

Required Qualifications:
At least two years of real estate or property management experience
Fluent in both Spanish and English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
Clear, easily understood spoken English and Spanish, with a professional and neutral phone manner

Strong organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills
Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records across multiple systems
Able to prioritize responsibilities, manage multiple cases, and work independently
