HOW TO APPLY
Do not send us a generic application.
Start your application with “OHANA VA” so we know you have read the entire job post.
Please answer:
1. What was your most recent VA/Executive Assistant role and what were you personally responsible for each day?
2. Give us a real example of something you noticed needed to be done and took action on WITHOUT your manager asking you.
3. Send us a 60–90 second VIDEO introducing yourself.
In your video, please briefly tell us:
Your name and previous VA/Executive Assistant experience
What you were responsible for in your most recent role
Why you believe you would be a good fit for this position
IMPORTANT
A video introduction is required for your application to be considered.
This role involves regularly answering incoming calls and making outbound calls to Australian customers. Your video helps us assess your spoken English, communication skills, confidence and professionalism.
We will also pay close attention to your answer about taking initiative. We don't just want someone who says they are proactive — we want someone who can demonstrate that they notice what needs to be done, take ownership and follow things through without constantly being reminded.
If you are not confident speaking English on the phone, do not have relevant VA/Executive Assistant experience, or prefer to wait for instructions rather than taking initiative, please do not apply.
