Woman Enlightened is a growing women’s empowerment and professional development brand focused on helping women become the strongest versions of themselves personally and professionally.

Our ecosystem includes leadership development, speaking engagements, events, partnerships, digital content, community initiatives, and the upcoming book Every Woman’s Purpose.

We are entering a major growth stage and are looking for someone who wants to help build something, not simply complete a list of tasks.

The Role

We are looking for an ambitious, highly organized, AI-savvy Founder’s Associate, Growth & AI to work directly with the Founder.

This is not a traditional virtual assistant position.

You will help identify opportunities, build systems, improve processes, grow revenue, expand the brand, and keep strategic priorities moving.

You should be comfortable working independently, researching unfamiliar topics, making recommendations, using AI creatively, communicating professionally, and taking ownership without waiting for detailed instructions.

The right person could grow into a larger leadership role as the organization expands.

What You Will Own

Business Development & Partnerships

- Research sponsorship opportunities
- Identify corporate partnership opportunities
- Research speaking engagements and conferences
- Identify podcast, media, and interview opportunities
- Research paid and strategic board opportunities
- Identify bulk book sales opportunities
- Find organizations, ERGs, companies, nonprofits, and associations that align with our mission
- Research decision-makers and contact information
- Support outreach, follow-up, proposals, and relationship tracking
- Maintain an organized business development pipeline

Brand Growth

- Research opportunities to increase visibility for the Founder and Woman Enlightened
- Identify collaborations and strategic partnerships
- Support LinkedIn and social media growth strategy
- Research trends, competitors, and opportunities
- Help improve positioning for speaking, partnerships, events, and media
- Help ensure opportunities are followed through from idea to completion

AI & Automation

- Help improve how we use AI across the business
- Build and improve ChatGPT and Claude workflows
- Identify repetitive work that can be automated
- Improve research, content, lead generation, outreach, and administrative processes using AI
- Research new AI tools and recommend useful solutions
- Create documented processes and reusable workflows
- Help turn manual processes into scalable systems

You do not need to be a programmer.

You do need to be curious, resourceful, comfortable experimenting with technology, and willing to learn quickly.

Founder Support & Operations

- Track priorities, deadlines, and commitments
- Prepare research before meetings
- Organize information and projects
- Follow up on outstanding opportunities
- Maintain shared documents and business systems
- Help the Founder stay focused on the highest-value priorities
- Attend several virtual progress meetings each week
- Communicate proactively when something needs attention

What We Are Looking For

You may be a strong fit if you:

- Have excellent written and spoken English
- Are an excellent researcher

- Have strong professional judgment

- Are comfortable communicating with executives and business professionals
- Understand basic business development, sales, marketing, partnerships, PR, or executive support
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude regularly
- Are comfortable learning new software
- Can communicate ideas clearly

- Are comfortable receiving direct feedback
- Can manage multiple priorities
- Think about outcomes, not just tasks

Experience in any of the following is especially valuable:

You do not need experience in every area.

Potential, judgment, curiosity, and initiative matter more than having the perfect résumé.

Compensation

Starting compensation: $800 USD per month

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position.

The role will also include opportunities for additional performance-based compensation connected to business growth and revenue-generating opportunities.

Performance and compensation will be reviewed as the role and organization grow.

We are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career and grow with the organization.

Working Relationship

You will work directly with the Founder.

Expect approximately three structured virtual check-ins each week, with independent work between meetings.
