ABOUT MY SCHOOL
MY SCHOOL is a developing international personalized-learning ecosystem created by educator, author, and learning designer Valery Zousmanovitch.
We believe that every learner deserves an educational journey built around their strengths, interests, needs, challenges, and goals.
MY SCHOOL connects personalized learning paths, books, creative activities, games, real-world projects, life skills, critical thinking, technology, and human guidance.
Our initial international offers include:
• One Hour Without Screens – a creative activity book helping children and families create, move, explore, talk, build, and spend meaningful time together.
• MY SCHOOL Starter Pack – an accessible introduction to personalized learning.
• Personalized Learning Guidance – individual and group learning programs for children, teenagers, families, schools, and educational organizations.
We are now hiring the first long-term team member of MY SCHOOL.
This is not a temporary gig and not a position for someone looking to complete isolated tasks. We want to build a trusting, respectful, and lasting working relationship with a person who can grow together with the organization.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will work directly with the founder and take ownership of the daily systems that support MY SCHOOL’s international growth.
The role combines:
• Partnership and school research
• Personalized outreach
• Content and social media support
• CRM and follow-up management
• Marketing operations
• Founder and business support
You will help transform ideas, books, educational tools, and existing materials into an organized and consistent international marketing operation.
You will not be expected to know everything on your first day. Training, examples, materials, and feedback will be provided.
However, you must be proactive, highly organized, thoughtful, honest, and able to learn independently.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Partnership and Organization Research
• Research schools, libraries, homeschool networks, learning centers, camps, family programs, educational associations, and relevant nonprofit organizations.
• Identify organizations that genuinely fit MY SCHOOL’s educational mission.
• Find the appropriate decision-maker or contact person.
• Verify names, roles,
• Explain clearly why each organization may be a suitable partner.
• Organize all research inside a structured outreach database.
2. Personalized Outreach
• Prepare thoughtful and personalized English-language
• Adapt each message to the recipient instead of sending generic mass
• Send approved introductory materials, samples, links, and presentations.
• Manage respectful follow-ups.
• Track replies and next actions.
• Help schedule partnership and discovery calls with the founder.
• Prepare a short briefing before every important meeting.
We are not looking for someone who sends hundreds of spam messages. Quality, relevance, trust, and long-term relationships are more important than volume.
3. Content and Social Media Operations
• Turn existing books, activities, product features, videos, and founder ideas into clear English-language content.
• Prepare posts for
• Maintain a content calendar.
• Schedule approved posts.
• Create simple, clean visual materials using Canva.
• Repurpose one strong idea into several suitable content formats.
• Help respond to initial comments and messages.
• Maintain a positive and practical voice.
Our marketing must never invent testimonials, partnerships, prices, results, or educational claims. We do not use fear-based marketing or attack technology. We communicate honestly and show families and educators what they can actually do with our tools.
4. CRM and Follow-Up Management
• Record every organization, contact, message, reply, and follow-up.
• Maintain clear pipeline stages.
• Prevent duplicate outreach.
• Make sure no important follow-up is forgotten.
• Maintain a do-not-contact list.
• Produce a short weekly report showing completed work, responses, opportunities, blockers, and next steps.
5. Founder and Marketing Support
• Help organize marketing priorities and materials.
• Prepare draft
• Coordinate meetings and follow-up actions.
• Organize Google Drive folders and working documents.
• Turn recurring activities into clear step-by-step processes.
• Remind the founder about materials or decisions that are still required.
WHAT THIS ROLE DOES NOT REQUIRE
You will not be expected to:
• Develop the MY SCHOOL platform.
• Make final decisions about educational strategy or pricing.
• Manage the Israeli or Hebrew-language market.
• Run large paid-advertising budgets independently.
• Produce advanced professional graphic design or complex video editing.
• Close major partnerships without the founder.
You will prepare, research, write, organize, operate, follow up, and gradually take ownership of the international marketing system.

• Have experience with outreach, marketing assistance, content, lead generation, community support, executive assistance, or partnership research.

• Ask questions when information is missing.
• Never invent facts to complete a task.
• Can distinguish between a relevant organization and a random lead.
• Are comfortable working directly with a founder.
• Are interested in education, children, creativity, personalized learning, family learning, or social impact.
• Want a stable long-term role in which your responsibilities can grow.
• Can use AI tools thoughtfully while checking and improving the output.

You do not need to be an expert in every tool.
WORKING ARRANGEMENT
• 25 hours per week.
• Mostly flexible and asynchronous work.
• Approximately two hours of daily overlap with the founder during European morning hours / Philippine afternoon hours.
• Six-week fully paid initial working period.
• Weekly payment during the first six weeks.
• Twice-monthly payment after the initial period.
• Long-term team members will receive a 13th-month-pay equivalent.
• Performance and compensation review after the first 90 days.
• Opportunity to increase responsibility, hours, and compensation as MY SCHOOL grows.
SELECTION PROCESS
1. Application review.

4. Shortlisted candidates receive the same paid practical assignment.
5. Reference and work-sample verification.
6. Six-week paid working period.
We do not require lengthy unpaid assignments.
