JOB OVERVIEW

I'm a founder in Vancouver, Canada running an AI services agency, a consulting firm, and projects in music and entertainment. I'm hiring one person to run my day so I can focus on building. Not a task VA. A real EA who takes ownership.

RATE: $9 to $15 USD/hr depending on experience. 40 hrs/wk, long term, growth into an ops role. At least 6 hrs/day overlap with Pacific time required.

WITHIN 90 DAYS YOU WILL FULLY OWN:
- My inbox. You triage everything, answer what you can yourself, and bring me only what truly needs me
- My calendar. Nobody books me directly, including me. You schedule everything and protect my focus time
- Business admin across my companies: client forms, payment links, follow-ups, task board, meeting notes and action items
- Personal logistics. Travel, appointments, reservations, orders, event coordination. If it can be booked online, you handle it

We run on the Buy Back Your Time model: one weekly sync where I hand things off, playbooks for everything recurring, and increasing ownership as trust builds. If you know the book, say so in your application.

YOU NEED:
- 3+ years as an EA for a founder, executive, or business owner (not general VA work)
- You've juggled multiple businesses or brands for one principal before
- Excellent English, written and on calls. You'll speak to clients and partners
- Ruthlessly organized, proactive, discreet. You chase people without being asked and you keep confidences
- Google Workspace fluency. CRM experience a plus
