About Us
We are a growing UK-based property company specializing in short-term accommodation.
As we grow, we are continually improving our systems, processes and technology. We are looking for an Executive Operations & Business Growth Manager to work closely with the founder and help take the business to its next stage.

This is a role for someone who wants responsibility, ownership and the opportunity to genuinely influence how a business operates and grows.

The Role
Your role will combine business operations, process improvement, project management, AI and automation.

You will be expected to:
- Help oversee and improve daily business operations
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and areas for improvement
- Develop and improve systems, workflows and SOPs
- Research and implement software and technology
- Manage projects from idea through to completion
- Coordinate team members and ensure accountability
- Research new business opportunities
- Find ways to reduce unnecessary work and costs
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes
- Use AI to improve productivity, decision-making and business operations
- Help build systems that allow the business to scale without increasing workload at the same rate

We don't want someone who simply tells us what is wrong.
We want someone who can say:

“Here is the problem, here is what I recommend, here is how we can implement it, and here is how we can measure whether it worked.”

AI & Automation
AI will be a major part of this role.

You do not need to be a developer, but you should have strong practical knowledge of modern AI tools and understand how they can be applied within a real business.

We want someone who can use AI to:
- Automate repetitive work
- Improve workflows
- Analyse information and data
- Research opportunities
- Create systems and documentation
- Improve communication
- Reduce administrative workload
- Identify opportunities for further automation

We are particularly interested in someone who understands how to integrate AI into business processes, rather than someone who simply knows how to use ChatGPT.

Most importantly, you don't just ask what needs to be done — you ask whether there is a better way to do it.

Essential Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in operations, business management, project management, executive support or similar
- Strong understanding of business operations and process improvement
- Demonstrated ability to improve systems or workflows
- Strong practical knowledge of AI tools
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Experience with Google Workspace and project management software
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home office

Bonus Experience
Experience with AI automation, AI agents, property/hospitality, Airbnb, Hostfully, PriceLabs, team leadership, SOP development or business scaling is highly advantageous.

Salary
Competitive and based on experience.
