ScalingInfo is a full-stack growth operations agency. We build funnels, CRM systems, automations, sales team infrastructure, and content pipelines for high-ticket info businesses and coaching brands.
My last ops assistant left. I need a replacement — someone who can slide in, learn the stack fast, and execute without hand-holding.
This is not a VA role. This is an operations seat inside a real company moving fast.

YOUR MISSION:
Watch a Loom. Take the idea. Make it real — fast, clean, and right the first time.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Close CRM:

Build and maintain pipelines, lead statuses, and Smart Views
Keep CRM data clean and accurate daily
Configure sequences, tasks, and follow-up logic

Zapier Automations:

Build automations between Close CRM, Calendly, Airtable, Notion, and other tools
Maintain, debug, and optimize existing Zaps
Document every automation in Airtable

Notion:

Manage and organize our internal SOP hub (InfoVault)
Build and maintain client pages, trackers, and project documentation

Airtable:

Maintain dashboards, tracking systems, and commission calculators
Keep all SOPs and automation logs organized and up to date

Webinar Slides & Decks:

Build clean, high-quality webinar decks in Figma or Canva from provided scripts
Insert placeholders exactly as instructed — no improvising on copy

---------- & Community Platforms:

Configure and manage ---------- servers and channels
Set up Whop or Fanbasis — payment links, product configs, and community access

General Ops:

Upload and organize assets, Looms, and internal resources
Troubleshoot tools and flag blockers immediately
Build SOPs for every new process we create
