JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT THE ROLE:
I am looking for a true "right hand" Executive Assistant and Bookkeeper—someone who takes full ownership of their work, thrives on independence, and prefers being given an end goal rather than a step-by-step manual.

If you love taking initiative, organizing systems, and bringing solutions to the table rather than asking what to do next, you will thrive in this role.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Primary Bookkeeping (Wave & Stessa): Daily income/expense categorization, bank/credit card reconciliations, and property financial tracking.
- Accounting Support (QuickBooks & Google Sheets): Maintaining clean financial records, generating basic reports, and organizing data using clear spreadsheet formulas.
- Executive Admin & Follow-Up: Researching solutions, organizing files, and keeping ME on track. You will own the project list and aggressively follow up with me to make sure open items get finished.
- Process Creation: When a system needs fixing or organizing, you figure out the best approach and execute it independently.

- You have a solid foundation in bookkeeping, know QuickBooks, and can quickly adapt to Wave and Stessa.
- You are hyper-organized, fast, and take pride in proactive communication.
