Do you love bringing order to chaos and making sure nothing slips through the cracks? We're looking for a dependable, detail-driven Operations Assistant to support our Director of Operations and Development and the programs she runs day to day.
This is a fully remote, non-sales, back-office role centered on CRM upkeep, program tracking, and document management. The ideal candidate finds real satisfaction in following process precisely and keeping records airtight.
What You'll Be Doing
• Keep agent records, notes, and CRM activity accurate and current
• Support district program tracking through data entry, status updates, and reporting
• Assist with research, documentation, and tracking related to acquisitions
• Compile operational reports, status summaries, and administrative updates
• Organize and maintain digital files, trackers, and databases for easy access
• Help leadership with daily administrative and operational tasks, including prep for the weekly Monday team meeting
• Look for ways to keep systems, workflows, and records running smoothly and up to date
What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of experience in administrative, operations, executive support, or back-office work
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Direct, hands-on experience with CRM platforms and business systems
• A sharp eye for detail and strong data accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Clear, professional written and verbal English communication
• Comfortable working independently, following established processes, and staying consistent in a remote setting
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or another regulated industry is a strong plus
