Executive Virtual Assistant – Business Support

We are looking for an experienced Executive VA to provide proactive support to the business owner, multiple businesses, and their teams. The businesses range from construction, bookkeeping, concessions and events, snack foods, and retail.

The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, dependable, and able to think ahead and anticipate what needs to be done without constant instruction. **The ability and willingness to learn the different businesses well is essential, as understanding how each business operates will allow you to work more independently and provide better support.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

- Has strong Executive VA experience
- Has excellent written and spoken English and strong business communication skills
- Is comfortable handling phone calls with customers, vendors, and tea ---------- mbers
- Takes initiative and works independently
- Thinks ahead and anticipates needs
- Is highly organized and detail-oriented
- Can manage multiple priorities and changing demands
- Is resourceful and good at finding solutions
- Is available and responsive during scheduled working hours
- Related duties as assigned

The VA will serve as a first point of contact for tea ---------- mbers, handling routine questions, follow-ups, and administrative needs so that day-to-day issues can be resolved without unnecessarily reaching leadership.

This is a right-hand support role for someone who can learn how the businesses operate, use good judgment, and keep things moving with minimal direction.

Compensation: $400/month
Schedule: Part-time, up to 25 hours per week, Monday–Friday, during agreed-upon U.S. Central Time business hours.
