JOB OVERVIEW

We’re growing our virtual team and looking for a Virtual Assistant with strong hands-on GoHighLevel experience. The primary focus of this role will be building and managing GHL systems, funnels, forms, workflows, and automations.

From time to time, you’ll also provide administrative, calendar, inbox, and content support as needed.

What you’ll do:
GoHighLevel – Primary Responsibilities
• Build and customize funnels and landing pages
• Create forms, surveys, calendars, and lead capture systems
• Build and manage workflows, automations, triggers, and follow-up sequences
• Set up and organize pipelines, tags, opportunities, and CRM systems
• Create email and SMS automations
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain GHL systems

Administrative & Other Support
• Manage inboxes and calendars, including scheduling and follow-ups
• Perform research, data entry, and maintain spreadsheets or trackers
• Create social media posts and basic graphics using Canva
• Create and format presentations for webinars, trainings, and meetings
• Assist with scheduling and publishing social media content
• Support other administrative, marketing, and content tasks as assigned

Who we’re looking for:
• Strong hands-on GoHighLevel experience is required
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Canva and presentation creation is a plus
• Comfortable managing inboxes and calendars is a plus

This is not a beginner-level GHL position. We’re looking for someone who can take a GHL task and run with it without needing step-by-step instructions for every part of the process.

If you’re someone who can build the funnel, create the automation, troubleshoot the workflow, and make sure everything works the way it should…this could be a great fit.
