This is NOT a traditional Virtual Assistant role.

This is one of the most important positions in our company.

We are looking for an exceptional Chief of Staff / Executive Operations Manager who will become the founder's right hand.

This role combines operations, project management, executive support, and executive accountability coaching.

One of your most important responsibilities is helping the CEO perform at the highest level possible.

Chief of Staff
Executive Operations Manager
Project Manager
Executive Assistant
Productivity Coach
Accountability Partner
Your Primary Mission

Your mission is simple:

Help the CEO become one of the most productive, disciplined, and focused entrepreneurs possible.

Ideas are not the problem.

Execution is.

Your job is to help eliminate procrastination, maintain focus, prioritize correctly, and ensure important work gets completed every single day.

You will actively help the CEO:

Stay disciplined
Stay focused
Stay organized
Stay accountable
Complete important projects
Eliminate procrastination
Finish high-priority work before moving to new ideas
Build consistent daily execution habits

Your success is measured by one question:

Is the CEO executing better because of your support?

Live Google Meet Accountability (Core Responsibility)

One of the most important parts of this role is serving as the CEO's live accountability and execution partner.

You must be comfortable being connected on Google Meet with the CEO for up to 8 hours per workday.

This is a non-negotiable requirement.

You are not simply sitting on a video call.

You are actively helping the CEO execute throughout the day.

This includes:

Keeping the CEO focused on the highest-priority work.
Redirecting attention when distractions arise.
Holding the CEO accountable for completing daily goals.
Helping prioritize what should happen next.
Making sure important work gets finished.
Helping maintain ---------- ntum throughout the day.
Preventing procrastination before it becomes lost time.
Ensuring projects never become delayed or forgotten.
Helping the CEO stay disciplined even on difficult days.

You should constantly be asking yourself:

What should the CEO be working on right now?
What should happen next?
What deadline is approaching?
What could become a bottleneck?
What needs a follow-up?
How can I help the CEO execute at a higher level today?

If the CEO begins procrastinating, researching unrelated topics, switching between projects unnecessarily, or losing focus, you are expected to respectfully intervene and redirect attention back to the highest-priority objective.

Your responsibility is not to manage time.

Your responsibility is to maximize execution.

Every day should end with measurable progress.
