# Executive Assistant / Project Manager
**Compensation:** [Insert pay range]
**Hours:** USA Business Hours (EST), 9am–5pm

## About the Role
You will serve as the right hand to the CEO of a fast-growing marketing consulting firm working with top DTC brands in beauty, wellness, food & beverage, and e-commerce.
Your role is to bring order, communication excellence, and operational efficiency so the CEO can stay focused on strategy and execution.
This is a hybrid Executive Assistant / Project Manager role — you'll manage the CEO's day-to-day operations while also driving projects, deadlines, and team accountability forward. We need someone who is extremely organized, proactive, fast, and can operate with minimal guidance.
**Read Before You Apply:** This role is for someone who takes full ownership. You should be comfortable making decisions independently, following through without reminders, and flagging problems before they become fires — not waiting to be told what to do.
