JOB OVERVIEW

International Leadership | Strategy | Operations | Travel

We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO of an international luxury fashion brand.

This is not a traditional assistant role. We are looking for a highly intelligent, commercially driven leader who can negotiate at a high level, manage international teams, and represent the CEO with confidence.

Your Responsibilities

* Manage and optimize our ClickUp workspace.
* Lead and coordinate international sales, marketing, operations, and strategic projects.
* Manage managers and international teams on behalf of the CEO, ensuring accountability, execution, and performance.
* Negotiate with suppliers, partners, landlords, service providers, and key clients.
* Follow up relentlessly on deadlines, KPIs, and business objectives.
* Organize international fashion shows, events, and executive meetings.
* Improve systems, processes, and team efficiency.
* Act as the CEO’s right hand and represent him whenever required.

Requirements

* Expert-level ClickUp experience (essential).
* Excellent English (spoken and written).
* Outstanding negotiation and leadership skills.
* Proven experience managing teams and senior managers.
* Strong commercial and strategic mindset.
* Exceptional organizational skills.
* Ability to make decisions independently.
* Complete dedication, loyalty, and ownership.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Travel

You must be willing to travel with the CEO at least one week per month to destinations such as:

* Ibiza
* New York
* Paris
* Hong Kong
