Your Responsibilities

Every day is different. Some examples include:

* Manage my calendar and schedule
* Organize and prioritize my inbox
* Conduct internet research
* Prepare reports and spreadsheets
* Build Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
* Coordinate contractors and vendors
* Follow up on projects until completed
* Organize Google Drive and business documents
* Assist with CRM management (HighLevel)
* Help manage multiple business projects
* Schedule meetings and appointments
* Book travel and reservations
* Assist with marketing and administrative projects
* Use ChatGPT and AI tools to improve efficiency
* Handle a variety of personal and business administrative tasks

Qualifications

* Excellent written and spoken English
* Minimum 3 years of Executive Assistant or Administrative experience
* Excellent organizational skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Strong problem-solving ability
* Comfortable using Google Workspace
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office
* Fast and reliable internet connection
* Quiet home office
* Ability to work independently
* Comfortable learning new software
* Experience with ChatGPT or other AI tools is a plus
* Experience with project management software is a plus
