We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant to directly support the owner and help manage our team at our credit repair and funding company. This is a long-term, full-time role for a detail-oriented, business-minded professional who has prior experience working within the credit repair or business funding industry and can hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a right-hand to the owner, directly supporting leadership and day-to-day priorities
- Help manage, coordinate, and hold the team accountable across tasks and deadlines
- Bring a business-minded perspective — help identify opportunities to grow and manage the business, not just handle administrative tasks
- Manage the owner's calendar,
- Prepare, proofread, and organize documents, contracts, and client files
- Coordinate communication between clients, underwriters/funders, and internal tea
- Track client files through the credit repair/funding pipeline and follow up on outstanding items
- Enter and maintain accurate client data in the CRM (GoHighLevel)
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and appointments
- Handle confidential client and financial information with discretion
- Assist with basic bookkeeping/expense tracking as needed
- Research and summarize information for decision-making
- Manage ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive VA, or similar role, ideally with team management experience
- Direct experience working in credit repair, business funding/lending, or a related financial services company (required)
- Strong business acumen — able to think strategically about growing and managing the business, not just execute tasks
- Comfortable managing or coordinating a team
- Strong written and spoken English
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
- Comfortable with CRM systems (GoHighLevel or similar), Google Workspace, and basic document tools
- Trustworthy with confidential client and financial information
- Reliable internet connection and a professional, quiet workstation
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with credit repair software/processes (credit report analysis, dispute tracking)
- Familiarity with business funding/lending processes (MCA, term loans, lines of credit)
- Bookkeeping or QuickBooks experience
Compensation & Benefits:
- $600–$1,000 USD/month, based on experience
