JOB OVERVIEW

Personal/Executive Assistant/IT — Makati (Rockwell Proscenium)
We're looking for a sharp, reliable, English-fluent personal assistant to work directly with the female co-founder of an emerging AI-powered consciousness and wellness platform. This is an early-stage company — if working at the ground level of an AI business excites you, read on.
The Role:
Personal and executive support — scheduling, appointments, phone calls, errands, research
Accompany the executive to medical appointments, meetings, and outings as needed
Accurately hear and relay instructions from doctors, service providers, and other professionals
Manage deliveries, coordinate with building staff, handle day-to-day logistics
Document and organize information clearly and efficiently
Work independently from home when assigned remote tasks
Must be capable of lifting up to 25 kg

You Must Have:
Your own laptop
Strong spoken and written English — this is non-negotiable
Comfort with technology — email, documents, scheduling tools, basic online research, Google Suite.
Experience with any major AI platform (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar)
Experience with Go High Level or other CRM systems is a strong plus
Dependable, honest, and comfortable working closely with one person in a home office environment

Schedule & Location:
Based at Rockwell Proscenium Complex, Makati
Up to 8 hours/day, 5 days/week — starting times may vary week to week
Some tasks may be completed remotely from home when arranged

Compensation:
PHP 35,000–45,000/month plus statutory benefits
Based on experience and fit
