JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a highly organized, tech savvy, proactive full-time tea ---------- mber for a hybrid role focused heavily on project management and marketing coordination.
This is a key operational role within our growing estate planning law firm and related brands. We have diversified marketing strategies across multiple brands, and you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping everything organized, on schedule, and moving forward.

Core Focus: Project Management
We will be using ClickUp for everything, so strong organization and follow-through are critical.

You will help manage:
• Marketing deadlines
• Campaign coordination
• Workshop scheduling
• Vendor communication
• Task tracking
• Team accountability
You’ll help ensure that:
• Direct mail campaigns are prepared and submitted on time
• Workshop venues, dates, and times are finalized before print deadlines
• Landing pages are updated for workshop registrations
• Webinar campaigns are coordinated properly
• Teams and vendors stay aligned

Marketing Coordination Responsibilities
We run both:
• In-person workshops
• Online webinars
You’ll help coordinate the moving pieces for both.
This includes:
• Direct mail (“snail mail”) timelines
• Digital campaign updates
• Social media coordination
• Content organization and management
• Helping generate content and campaign ideas
QA and testing of landing pages weekly

Executive Assistant Responsibilities
This role will also include light Executive Assistant work such as:
• Managing follow-ups
• Organizing information
• Helping keep leadership organized
• Coordinating meetings and communications when needed

What We’re Looking For
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple moving pieces without dropping the ball
• Excellent communication and follow-through
• Comfortable learning and using software platforms
• Ability to think proactively and solve problems
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven

Nice to Have
• Experience with ClickUp
• Social media/content management experience
• Affiliate or influencer marketing experience, If not, we can train you
• Familiarity with digital marketing workflows
