JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT THE ROLE

I'm a founder based in Manila running multiple ventures and projects. The flagship right now is Tadhana, the Philippines' invitation-only matchmaking platform ("Make your own destiny": human matchmakers, not algorithms), which is weeks from soft launch. Beyond that there are other businesses, products, and opportunities at different stages, and more will come. You would be my right hand across all of it.

THIS IS NOT A VA ROLE

I'm looking for a thinking partner: someone who takes a goal, breaks it down, makes sensible decisions without waiting for permission, and tells me when I'm wrong. You won't be tied to one company. You'll context-switch across projects, know more about parts of the portfolio than I do within three months, and help me d ---------- where our time goes. As the ventures grow, so does this role: performance bonuses are possible, and you'd be the first person I build a team around.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

- Business operations: drive each project's checklist, including registrations, launches, legal coordination, vendor management, and deadlines. Track everything across ventures and let nothing slip.
- Hiring and people: source and screen hires for whichever project needs them (for Tadhana: matchmakers and applicant-experience staff), schedule and sit in on interviews, run onboarding.
- Marketing and communications: social media presence, content calendars, and warm, on-brand communication with customers and applicants across projects.
- Founder support: calendar, inbox triage, travel, purchases, and the personal admin that keeps me focused on what matters.

YOU'RE PROBABLY A FIT IF YOU HAVE

- 3+ years as an EA, chief of staff, operations lead, or team lead (corporate, BPO leadership, or startup)
- Excellent written and spoken English. You'll draft messages that go out under my name and my companies' names.
- Receipts: you can tell me about decisions you made independently and projects you ran end-to-end
- Comfort juggling unrelated projects in the same week without dropping threads
- High discretion. You'll see business and personal matters that stay private, and you'll sign a strict confidentiality agreement.
- Comfort with Google Workspace, Notion/Sheets, Canva. Bonus for social-media or recruiting experience.
