JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a reliable and organized Executive Assistant to work directly with the Founder across multiple growing youth sports businesses.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys staying organized, communicating with people, and helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing emails and calendars
• Making and answering phone calls
• Following up with customers and leads
• Scheduling appointments
• Organizing documents and spreadsheets
• Updating our CRM (GoHighLevel)
• General administrative support

No two days are exactly the same, so we're looking for someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable learning new things.
You'll receive training and support, and we're looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.

We're Looking For Someone Who:
• Speaks fluent English
• Has excellent written communication
• Is comfortable speaking on the phone
• Is highly organized
• Is dependable
• Learns new software quickly
• Has Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Customer Service experience

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) is strongly preferred.
• Experience working remotely for a U.S.-based company is a plus.
• Conversational Spanish is a plus. If you're able to communicate comfortably in Spanish, you'll receive an additional $150/month.
