JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly qualified Executive VA to join our US based team. The ideal candidate will be female, 32 years or older, fluent in English, and equipped with excellent communication and critical thinking skills. This role requires someone that's resourceful, dependable and committed to delivering efficient, high-quality results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle daily work assignments with accuracy and professionalism.
Demonstrate excellent comprehension skills to quickly understand and execute tasks.
Take initiative to improve workflow and streamline processes.
Apply critical thinking to evaluate and analyze to resolve job assignment challenges
Work on a variety of projects and tasks, ensuring attention to detail and on-time delivery.
Update and maintain client and prospect profiles in the company CRM system.
Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer interaction and support.

We want someone who doesn’t just complete assignments but takes ownership of their work. A candidate who can adapt to new challenges, remain calm under pressure, and is dedicated to ensuring tasks are done correctly, efficiently, and with quality results.

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
Female, 32 years or older (required).
Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must be available to work between 2am to 9am Philippine time zone.
Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Highly resourceful, detail-oriented, and efficient.
Comfortable with multitasking across different projects.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
1)Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the BPO industry
2)Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant
3)Any prior proven Leadership/Management experience is a MAJOR PLUS and recommended to apply
4)Must have high-speed internet connection and a reliable computer or laptop capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

WORK SCHEDULE:
Work schedule is a part-time shift, working 4 hours per day for 5 days a week.
Days to work are Tuesday to Saturday Philippine dates.
Hours to work are sometime between 2am to 9am Philippine time zone.
Periodically extra hours will be available

ADDITIONAL INFO
1. This position is a permanent part-time job, and full-time shift WILL be available AFTER 18 months of being hired
2. Hourly pay rate will be increased after working 90 days and every year based on Performance & Productivity
3. Annual evaluations will be conducted to review Employee's performance which will determine new pay rate

OTHER EMPLOYEE BENEFITS ARE LISTED BELOW:
4. 13th Month Bonus will be paid every December
5. HMO Health Plan will be available AFTER 6 months of employment.
6. Regular PTO and Holiday PTO are other Employee Benefits.
7. Periodically varies Bonuses will be available to be earned
