JOB OVERVIEW

I'm hiring an Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a fast-growing US-based company. This is not your typical task-taker VA role.

The CEO you'll support is a fast-moving, big-picture leader. Your job is to be his right hand: own his calendar, catch every commitment, run his daily plan, triage his inbox, and make sure nothing ever falls through the cracks. He'll adapt to your system, so you need to be the organized one in the relationship.

You might be the right fit if you:
- Have supported founders, CEOs, or C-suite executives before
- Stay calm and organized when things move fast and change often
- Anticipate what's needed before being asked
- Are confident enough to manage up and push back when it matters
- Are comfortable with tools like Slack, Notion, GoHighLevel, Google Workspace, and AI tools

This role runs on US Eastern hours (9 AM – 5 PM ET), which is roughly 9 PM – 5 AM Philippine time. This is a permanent overnight shift. Please only apply if this genuinely works for your life long-term.
