I’m a real estate entrepreneur based in Dallas, Texas, running two connected businesses: a real estate sales team that helps buyers and sellers, and a property management company that operates furnished co-living rentals. We use ClickUp for task and project management and Google Drive as our primary file system. We also use Buildium as our main property management tool.
I’m looking for a full-time Property Manager who becomes the operational hub for the property management side of the business — overseeing day-to-day execution, tenant and vendor coordination, and ensuring our systems and processes are followed accurately and consistently as we continue to scale.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and taskers (escalating issues as needed)
- Coordinate furnishing installs, turns, maintenance requests, and vendor schedules
- Coordinate closely with the Property Management Department Lead to align priorities and next steps
- Review applications and move qualified leads through the leasing pipeline daily
- Execute workflows in ClickUp and Buildium (statuses, due dates, tags, notes, and documentation)
- Manage day-to-day conversations with tenants and vendors to keep items moving
- Help create and document SOPs for recurring workflows
- Maintain and update SOPs/process documentation as changes are made, ensuring the team is working off the latest version
- Ensure follow-up and closure on every open item — nothing falls through the cracks
YOU’D BE A GREAT FIT IF
- You have property management experience
- You follow instructions exactly and don’t cut corners
- You write and speak clearly in English
- You stay calm managing many moving parts
- You take ownership and don’t need hand-holding
- You take initiative: you spot issues early, investigate, and propose next steps/solutions
- You use good judgment and can prioritize without being told every step
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly as priorities shift
- Tools experience preferred: Buildium, ClickUp, Google Workspace (we will train — instruction-following matters more than expertise)
ROLE DETAILS
- Full-time, remote
- Schedule: Mon–Fri, aligned with CST
- Pay: $4-6 USD/hour, based on experience
- Long-term role with growth and bonuses
