WHO WE ARE
We're 5D Capital Partners, a fast-moving M&A advisory firm operating across the UK, US, and UAE, helping business owners buy and sell companies in the $500K–$5M EBITDA range. Small team, high standards, zero bureaucracy. We move fast and we expect the same.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
This is NOT a task-taker role. We are looking for an exceptional all-rounder who takes full ownership. Someone who sees what needs doing, figures it out, and gets it done to a standard we don't have to check.
The founder currently does too much himself. Your job is to take work off his plate permanently, not to hand it back with questions. You'll be trusted with real deal work, including speaking directly with business owners, buyers and advisers. If you need step-by-step instructions for everything, this is not the role for you. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- M&A calls: joining and eventually leading calls with business owners, buyers and intermediaries; screening enquiries, gathering deal information, booking and following up meetings
- Deal support: preparing and formatting proposals, Information Memorandums, engagement letters and client documents to a polished, professional standard
- Deal admin and pipeline: managing deals, contacts and follow-ups in our CRM (GoHighLevel); keeping every deal moving and nothing slipping
- Research: company research, buyer research, market and sector research for live deals
- Executive support: inbox and calendar management, scheduling, keeping the founder organised and ahead of deadlines
- Content operations: scheduling and publishing content for our weekly YouTube show and social channels; coordinating with our video editor
- Systems and SOPs: following (and improving) our documented processes as the business grows
- Anything else that lands: you pick things up fast and deliver
OUR STACK (experience with some of these is a big plus)
Notion, GoHighLevel, n8n, Google Workspace, Canva, Excel/Sheets, ChatGPT/Claude and other AI tools. If you already use AI daily to work faster, tell us. We want that.
YOU ARE
- An outstanding spoken communicator: fluent, confident, professional English on calls with business owners and investors. This is essential.
- Exceptionally high standards: you notice details others miss and you're embarrassed by sloppy work
- A fast learner: you can be handed something you've never done before and deliver it well within days, not weeks
- An owner, not an order-taker: you flag problems before they happen, propose solutions, and close loops without being chased
- Super positive and proactive: great energy, no drama, solution-focused
- Confident and well-presented on video calls: you will be client-facing
- Commercially sharp: you understand (or can quickly learn) how business acquisitions work. Experience in M&A, finance, banking, real estate or B2B sales is a strong plus.
- Reliable: stable internet, quiet workspace, consistent availability during UK business hours
- Trustworthy: you'll handle confidential deal information; discretion is non-negotiable
WHAT WE OFFER
- Base salary of Php 80,000– Php 120,000/month depending on experience ($1,300-$1,950/month)
- Deal success bonuses: when deals we're working on complete, you share in the win
