We are seeking a proactive, organized Executive Assistant with marketing experience to support a growing consulting, training, and coaching business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly while helping grow the business through business development, marketing, and relationship building.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, takes initiative, has influence, communicates professionally, and enjoys working on a variety of projects in an innovative environment.
Executive Support:
-Manage and organize executive
-Coordinate meetings and stakeholder communications.
-Track priorities, deadlines, and follow-up items.
-Assist with administrative projects and day-to-day operations.
Business Development:
-Research businesses, organizations, and community leaders that may benefit from our services.
-Identify potential clients and strategic networking opportunities.
-Build and maintain prospect lists.
-Draft outreach
-Maintain accurate records of outreach activities in the CRM.
Marketing Support:
Repurpose videos into social media content.
Create graphics, flyers, and promotional materials using Canva.
Schedule content and assist with marketing campaigns (Tech Manager can assist).
Support the promotion of workshops, coaching programs, and events.
Help maintain a consistent and professional brand presence.
Qualifications:
We're looking for someone who:
-Has experience as an Executive Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, or in a similar role.
-Is highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
-Has strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Has experience with Canva and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
-Is comfortable using CRM systems. Experience with GoHighLevel is a plus, but not necessary.
-Takes initiative, works independently, and follows through with minimal supervision.
-Is detail-oriented, resourceful, and solution-focused.
What Success Looks Like:
Within the first 90 days, you will have established an organized outreach process, improved executive workflow, supported marketing initiatives, and helped create new business opportunities through consistent research and communication.
