This is NOT a virtual assistant role. You will be our Business Manager — the person who keeps the whole commercial team organized so the CEO can focus on decisions, not chasing updates. You'll have real ownership and real decision-making authority.
You will:
Run our task board (Trello). Every task has an owner, a status, and a deadline — and you make sure nothing stalls.
Prepare the weekly CEO report. A clear summary of progress, risks, and decisions needed, readable in under 10 minutes.
Build and maintain our SOP library. Any process done twice gets documented (written SOP or Loom video with a summary). We're building this from zero — you'll own it.
Coordinate hiring and onboarding. We're hiring for sales, marketing, and social media roles. You'll handle scheduling, screening logistics, contracts, and onboarding new hires using the SOPs you build.
Handle contractor and vendor admin. Agreements, invoicing coordination with our accountant, supplier follow-ups.

There's a structured 30/60/90-day plan with clear milestones. Hit them and this becomes a stable, long-term role with growing responsibility as the company scales.
Requirements
3+ years in operations, business management, executive assistance at a senior level, or project coordination — remote experience required
Excellent written English — your reports and SOPs ARE the job
Experienced with Trello (or Asana/ClickUp), Loom, and Google Workspace
Self-managed: you're measured on output, not hours logged
Proactive: you surface problems early, with a proposed solution attached
Stable internet connection and a quiet home working setup
Bonus: experience in e-commerce, consumer products, or international/export businesses
