Full-Time Launch and Operations Manager for an AI Business Platform
About the Role
I am hiring a full-time Launch and Operations Manager to work directly with me on SkillSets for Business, an AI-enabled operations, marketing, and consulting platform built for small business owners.
This role begins with launch testing and documentation, then grows into broader operations management.
This is a dedicated operations role, not a basic virtual assistant task role. I am looking for a smart, organized, proactive operator who can help run launch operations, user testing, customer follow-up, documentation, lead tracking, marketing support, and weekly business execution.
The right person can take ownership, communicate clearly, use AI tools, and move priorities forward without constant supervision.
This is a full-time dedicated role. I am looking for someone who can make this a serious professional commitment, not someone juggling too many clients.
Base pay is $300 USD per week, paid weekly, plus performance bonuses based on quality of work, ownership, reliability, results, and measurable contribution to the business.

You will be expected to:
- Create and manage multiple test user accounts.

What I Am Looking For
I am looking for someone who is highly organized, strong with written English, and comfortable using ChatGPT and business tools.
You should be detail-oriented without being slow, proactive rather than passive, and reliable with consistent communication with me. This includes a daily report.
You should be able to work independently after receiving direction, turn messy information into organized action, and be honest when something is unclear.
Real interest in business, marketing, operations, and systems is a strong plus.
Helpful Experience
You should have experience with several of the following areas. You do not need to be perfect at all of them. Judgment, follow-through, and willingness to learn matter more.

How This Role Works
This is a full-time role judged by outcomes, communication, ownership, and completed priorities.
Each week, we will agree on priorities and expected results.
Your weekly update should clearly show:
- What was completed.
- What is still in progress.
- What is blocked.
- What needs a decision.
- What you recommend next.
What Success Looks Like
In the beginning, success means the platform is tested carefully from the user's point of view.
That means:
- Test accounts are created and organized.
- User paths are documented clearly.
- Bugs and confusing areas are logged in a tracker.
- Screenshots and notes are easy to understand.
- Issues are prioritized instead of dumped into a messy list.
- The founder can quickly see what needs to be fixed, improved, or explained.
As the role grows, success means the business becomes more organized, more consistent, and easier to run.
That means:
- Weekly priorities are completed or clearly updated.
- Leads, potential testers, users, and follow-ups are tracked.
- SOPs and documents get created without reminders.
- Communication stays professional.
- Open tasks do not disappear.
- The founder gets time back.
- The business gains structure instead of confusion.
30-Day Evaluation Period
This role begins with a 30-day evaluation period.
During the first 30 days, I will be evaluating communication, reliability, attention to detail, judgment, organization, quality of work, follow-through, and ability to take ownership.
This is not automatically a long-term position.
Continued work after the first 30 days will depend on performance, consistency, communication, and whether the person is meeting or exceeding expectations.
For the right candidate, this is an opportunity to thrive, grow with the company, and become a trusted part of the business operations team.
Compensation
Base pay is $300 USD per week, paid weekly.
Performance bonuses are available based on quality of work, reliability, ownership, strong execution, launch testing, completed documentation, organized systems, lead generation, customer follow-up, and measurable contribution to the business.
Bonuses are earned, not automatic.
As the role grows, compensation and bonus opportunities can grow with it.
Paid First Assignment
The first assignment will focus on testing, documentation, and organization.
You may be asked to:
- Create test accounts.
- Walk through a user workflow.
- Document each step.
- Identify confusing areas or possible issues.
- Create a simple testing tracker.
- Write a short summary of what worked, what was confusing, and what should be improved.
This first assignment is designed to evaluate attention to detail, judgment, communication, organization, writing ability, and your ability to think like a real user.
