Your Mission

Help build and manage the operating system behind our growing company.

You'll work directly with me to build systems that create incredible client experiences while helping our business continue to grow.

Your Responsibilities

Your work will include:

- Building funnels in GoHighLevel

- Creating landing pages

- Building workflows and automations

- Managing our CRM

- Creating forms and surveys

- Building client onboarding systems

- Setting up memberships and online courses

- Managing calendars and appointments

- Organizing Google Drive and business assets

- Uploading videos and course content

- Creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

- Researching software and business solutions

- General executive assistant support

- Helping launch coaching programs, workshops, books, and digital products

Qualifications

You should already have experience with:

- GoHighLevel

- CRM Management

- Workflow Automations

- Google Workspace

- Canva

- Loom

- ChatGPT or other AI tools

- Excellent written English

This is a full-time position because I'm looking for someone who wants to grow with the company for years—not someone juggling multiple clients.

During the first 30–60 days, we'll focus heavily on building systems and processes. As the company grows, your responsibilities, compensation, and opportunities will grow as well.
