WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

One Principal: a senior operator (MD/Partner level) at a Big 4 professional services firm, and founder of Echoverse Collective Limited, an AI-native media and intelligence startup. He is neurodivergent, runs multiple parallel workstreams, and is building an AI agent operating system around his life and businesses. Your job is to run the human edge of it: flawless personal administration first, then increasingly the operation of AI agents and automations.

The long-term vision for this role has a name: Chief Human, EVC Operations.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN FROM DAY ONE

- Personal financial admin: invoices, bills, renewals, subscriptions (you'll prepare and run approved payment queues; the Principal retains banking credentials and 2FA)
- Email: bring inboxes to organised order — subscriptions, repeat prescriptions and appointment tracking, family logistics, school dates
- Household logistics: home and car insurance, utilities, suppliers
- Travel research and booking
- A daily dashboard and weekly reset — you'll propose the platform
- Documentation of everything: every recurring task becomes a written SOP

WHERE THE ROLE GROWS

- Operating a personal AI operating system: prompting, monitoring agents, triggering workflows, checking outputs
- Building automations in n8n, Zapier, or Relay around ChatGPT and Claude (including Slack with Claude agents)
- Startup operations at Echoverse Collective: compliance calendar, supplier and accountant coordination, investor admin

HOURS — READ THIS CAREFULLY

Your working life runs on UK time. The Principal's contact windows are UK 6:30-9:00am and 8:00pm-1:00am. In Philippine time:

- Core live shift: 3:00-8:00am PH (his evening) — at your desk, responses within 5 minutes (pre-agreed breaks excepted)
- Second live block: 1:30-4:00pm PH (his morning)
- Async work in between, self-scheduled (times shift by an hour in UK winter)

The realistic shape of your life: awake roughly 1:00am-5:00pm PH, asleep in the PH evening. It is one consolidated night schedule — not split sleep — and it only works for people who genuinely prefer living on nights. Many strong candidates already work US or UK graveyard shifts and like them. If that is not you, this role will make you miserable, and we will both find out within 90 days.

Reliable pickup during the live blocks is the single most important feature of this role — the standard is a response within 5 minutes. A short check-in window on Saturday and Sunday is strongly preferred; any regular weekend pattern is agreed up front and written into the offer.

PAY

PHP 60,000-75,000/month depending on capability — deliberately top-of-market for this profile. Band placement is simple: excellent EA discipline, clear communication, and credible schedule fit get you into the band; demonstrated automation and AI-agent capability moves you toward the top. On top of salary:

- Two weeks' bonus at 3 months if confirmed after the trial
- Three months' bonus at 12 months if still employed
- 5% annual pay increase
- 90-day trial period, paid at the full agreed rate from day one

WHO THRIVES HERE

- An experienced EA or administrator with real follow-through. A completer-finisher. This is the pass/fail bar — AI skills do not substitute for it.
- Confident with ChatGPT or Claude. Automation experience (n8n, Zapier, Relay, Make) is a strong advantage, not mandatory.
- Exceptional written English and communication.
- Comfortable with ambiguity: inputs arrive as WhatsApp messages, forwarded emails, and screenshots — not neat task lists. Part of your job is designing the capture system.
- Discreet. You will handle sensitive personal, family, medical, and financial information under written data-handling rules. NDA and data agreement required before the work sample. No subcontracting, ever.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

How a senior Big 4 operator manages competing demands. How a startup actually runs: investors, compliance, suppliers. How AI agents are used practically — prompted, monitored, improved — and turned into real operating leverage. This is a rare, high-trust seat next to someone building across corporate, venture, and AI.

Shortlisted candidates complete a PAID work sample (NDA first), then a live interview, then a paid one-week live trial before the 90-day trial begins.
