We are a growing online education and coaching company seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Executive Assistant / Client Success Coordinator to support customer service, lead follow-up, scheduling, operations, and daily business management.
This is not an entry-level position.
Previous GoHighLevel experience is required.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership, solve problems independently, communicate professionally, and help ensure that clients, leads, and important tasks never fall through the cracks.
## Responsibilities
* Customer service and client support
* Responding to
* Lead follow-up and appointment scheduling
* Managing calendars and Zoo
* CRM management and GoHighLevel support
* Tracking tasks, projects, and follow-ups
* Supporting onboarding and client communications
* Maintaining organization across multiple systems
* Learning new systems and processes quickly
## Requirements
* Previous GoHighLevel experience (Required)
* Excellent English communication skills
* Strong customer service experience
* Experience with lead follow-up
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Able to work independently
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Reliable internet connection
* Comfortable working EST hours
