JOB OVERVIEW

OPERATIONS SUPPORT — FULL-TIME

We're a bee and wasp hive removal company based in the US, and we're looking for a sharp, reliable Operations Admin to help us run the business behind the scenes. This is a full-time remote role for someone who can handle multiple responsibilities without needing constant supervision.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
--------------------

PRIMARY TASKS:

Executive Assistant Support
- Manage the CEO's calendar, emails, and scheduling
- Coordinate appointments and follow-ups
- Keep the inbox organized and actioned
- Update and maintain CRM records

Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Day-to-day bookkeeping
- Xero experience (nice to have)
- Create and track invoices
- Categorize expenses and reconcile accounts
- Support basic financial reporting

Social Media Management
- Create and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business
- Monitor and respond to comments, reviews, and messages
- Help build our brand presence consistently


SECONDARY TASKS:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls (neutral accent required)
- Scheduling and calendar coordination
- Customer follow-up after completed jobs
- Email management and triage


WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
---------------------

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with BOTH QuickBooks and Xero — this is a must
- Experience managing business social media accounts
- Professional phone manner with a clear, neutral accent
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Self-starter who can manage their own time and priorities
- Stable internet connection and a reliable computer setup
- Experience in a service-based business is a plus, but not required
