General Manager / Executive Assistant (Full-Time, U.S. Hours)

About Us
Hive Marketing is a fast-growing paid advertising agency. We move quickly, we use AI in almost everything we do, and we hold a high bar for quality. We are looking for one sharp, organized person to act as the right hand to leadership and help keep the whole operation running smoothly.

What You'll Do
- Act as the day-to-day General Manager and Executive Assistant for the founders
- Keep projects, calendars, and team tasks organized and on track
- Run point on hiring: post listings, screen applicants, and hold first-round interviews for new hires
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, and similar) to work faster and smarter
- Follow up with the team to make sure tasks get done on time
- Handle communication, scheduling, and general admin so leadership can stay focused

Tools We Use
ClickUp, Slack, Zoom, and Google Drive. Experience with these is a big plus, and you should be quick to learn any tool we put in front of you.

What We're Looking For
- A MUST - has worked in an agency in the past.
- Perfect written and spoken English (this is non-negotiable)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage many moving pieces at once
- Comfortable and confident using AI tools daily
- Familiar with project and communication tools like ClickUp, Slack, Zoom, and Google Drive
- Able to lead interviews and talk to candidates with professionalism and warmth
- Self-starter who takes ownership and does not need to be micromanaged
- Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and a working webcam

Schedule and Pay
- Full-time, U.S. business hours
- $5-7 per hour
