JOB OVERVIEW

We are a luxury high fashion brand seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our leadership team. You'll play a crucial role in supporting our CEO, managing complex workflows, and creating organizational systems that keep our fast-paced business running smoothly.

The Role:

As our Executive Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

Building & Maintaining ---------- Dashboards: Create intuitive, comprehensive systems to track projects, deadlines, communications, and strategic initiatives

Workflow Organization: Develop ADHD/ADD-friendly organizational systems that accommodate high-volume incoming tasks and information flow

Executive Support: Manage calendars, communications, research, and administrative tasks for the CEO

Proactive Management: Anticipate needs, flag priorities, and maintain organizational oversight across multiple initiatives

Flexibility & Travel: Support CEO across time zones (CST, CEST, and Asia-Pacific) and be available for occasional business travel

Essential Requirements:

Proven expertise in ---------- : Portfolio of custom dashboards, databases, and workflow systems you've built

Organizational mastery: Experience managing complex schedules, information overload, and multiple stakeholders

Full-time availability: 9 AM CST - 6 PM CEST, with flexibility for international travel and time zone coverage

Detail-oriented & proactive: Anticipate problems and solve them independently
Communication skills: Clear, professional communication across multiple channels
Willingness to travel: Must be available for occasional international business trips

Nice to Have:

Background in operations, business administration, or project management

Experience in fashion, luxury goods, or fast-paced creative industries
