Commitment: Full-time only (no other concurrent employment)

Are you someone who finds satisfaction in keeping things organized, accurate, and running without a hitch? We're looking for a meticulous and dependable Executive Operations Assistant to join our team — someone who thrives behind the scenes and takes ownership of keeping systems and records in excellent shape.

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Keeping client records, activity logs, and notes up to date within the CRM
- Monitoring insurance applications, document requirements, and policy-related workflows
- Generating operational reports, administrative summaries, and progress updates
- Managing and maintaining digital files, internal databases, and tracking tools so data stays accurate and accessible
- Providing day-to-day operational and administrative support to leadership and tea ---------- mbers
Identifying and implementing small process improvements that keep systems running consistently

What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative, back-office, executive support, or operations roles
- Practical experience using CRM systems and standard business tools
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard for information accuracy
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional-level written and spoken English communication
- Self-starter who can follow established processes and maintain consistency in a remote work environment
- Prior exposure to insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries is a significant advantage
