JOB OVERVIEW

Read the whole thing before applying. This is not a normal EA role.
I’m a founder running multiple companies. My problem isn’t strategy or knowledge — I have those in abundance. My problem is execution, discipline, and consistency. I need someone whose entire job is to make sure I do what I say I’ll do, every single day, no exceptions.
This is not a “you’ve got this!” cheerleader role. If you’re soft, gentle, and like to encourage people along — you’ll hate this and I’ll move past your application. I need someone relentless. Someone who calls me every 90 minutes asking “what’s next?” Someone who calls five times in a row when I go quiet. Someone who refuses my excuses, logs every miss honestly, and treats my time as more valuable than their own comfort.
If that sounds intense — good. That’s the job.
WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO
• Own my calendar end to end — plan every day, block everything, move and cancel as needed
• Hold me to my daily non-negotiables: morning routine, deep-work blocks, a daily revenue action, sleep/wake discipline
• Check in relentlessly — every 90 minutes, and after every task: “Done? What’s next?”
• Chase me when I go dark. Persistence is the point, not the problem.
• Run my communication — draft my WhatsApp/Slack messages, then once trusted, send as me, so nothing sits
• Make sure tasks I set for my team actually get done daily — follow up, track, report
• Find my menial and repeated tasks and kill them — delegate or systemise
• Track my performance — collect the data on what I hit and miss, and show me the patterns
• Weigh in. You’re a soldier and an advisor. If I’m prioritising wrong, tell me.
NON-NEGOTIABLES
• Full-time, I’m your only real client (a tiny side commitment that doesn’t pull focus is fine — heavy ones aren’t)
• You work Bali time (UTC+8) — from when I wake to when I sleep. If you can’t be there across the majority of my full day, this won’t work.
• Fluent, confident English — you’re on calls with me all day and messaging people as me
WHO THRIVES HERE
Ex-military, ex-coach, high level executive assistant — anyone who’s held people to a standard they didn’t want to meet. EA experience helps, but I can teach admin. I can’t teach backbone.
