JOB OVERVIEW

Samako is a fast-growing DTC brand turning cleaning into a calm, beautiful lifestyle experience through minimalist Dutch design.
We’re looking for someone to support the CEO and COO in keeping everything running smoothly day to day.

This isn’t a “wait for tasks” assistant role — you’ll help create structure, follow up on priorities, and make sure things actually get done in a fast-moving environment.

What you’ll be doing

Managing calendars, meetings, travel, and schedules
Helping with day-to-day operations and coordination
Handling research, docs, notes, and simple reporting
Keeping track of tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups
Communicating with tea ---------- mbers and external partners
Organising inboxes, files, and information
Supporting small personal and business tasks when needed
Helping unblock issues and keep things moving

CEO & COO have more focus and less noise
Tasks don’t fall through the cracks
Things get followed up and done quickly
Communication and coordination feel smooth
Everything is more structured and under control

What we’re looking for

Experience as EA / VA / PA or similar support role
Super organised and reliable
Strong follow-up and ownership mindset
Clear English communication
Comfortable with changing priorities
Resourceful and good at figuring things out
Discreet and trustworthy
Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, etc.

Big plus

Experience supporting founders or senior leaders
DTC / startup experience
Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Notion, Slack, Google Sheets, Shopify, or Gorgias
Strong research and analytical skills
Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude
