About us:
Physique Revival is a premium online coaching company built for high-performing men and women who want elite results without guesswork. We run a lean, high-output team and we hold the bar high across everything we do — our clients expect that, and so do we. We're looking for an organized, proactive Executive Assistant who can own the backend of our business so our coaching team stays focused on delivering results.

What You'll Own:
Manage and maintain Go High Level — pipelines, automations, contact records, and workflow integrity
Track and report coach KPIs weekly — check-in rates, client progress metrics, and response times
Monitor client payments, flag missed or failed charges, and follow up to ensure collection
Track contract renewal dates and initiate renewal conversations before clients fall off
Book and manage discovery calls, tea ---------- etings, and follow-up appointments
Handle inbox triage, draft communications, and keep leadership informed on priority items
Manage tracking FB Ads Performance to ensure numbers are within KPI

What We're Looking For:
Hands-on experience with Go High Level — pipelines, automations, and CRM management
Hands-on experience with FB Ads Manager
Extremely organized with strong attention to detail and no need for hand-holding
Proactive communicator — you flag problems before they become fires
Comfortable managing financial tracking tasks including payment follow-ups and renewal calendars
Experience supporting a founder or executive in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with the fitness, health, or online coaching industry is a strong plus
Available and responsive during core business hours with consistent turnaround
High standards — you care about doing things right, not just done

This is not a coaching or client-facing role
This is not a role for someone who needs constant direction — we need a self-starter
This is not entry-level — we expect you to own your responsibilities from day one
