JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Manager who will also serve as our AI Notion Systems developer.
This person will be responsible for building and managing our central operational systems in Notion while supporting and coordinating multiple teams across the company, including Design, Production, Sales, Store, Legal, and Customer Service teams, as well as our Ambassador Program.
Responsibilities:
• Build, organize, and maintain our complete Notion workspace (databases, relations, automations, templates, and dashboards)
• Support daily operations and coordination for Design, Production, Sales, Store, Legal, and Customer Service teams
• Manage task tracking, follow-ups, and cross-team communication through Notion
• Handle operations for our Ambassador Program (recruitment, onboarding, tracking, and follow-ups)
• Create and improve workflows and processes to make the company more organized and scalable
• Act as the central point for operational support and team coordination
Requirements:
• Excellent English skills (both written and spoken) – this is very important
• Strong experience with Notion (advanced use of databases, linked databases, automations, and templates)
• Experience in operations, team coordination, or project management
• Highly organized, proactive, and good at following up with multiple teams
• Comfortable supporting and communicating with different departments
• Reliable internet connection
• Must be available to work with good overlap during 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CEST (Central European Summer Time)
• Experience in fashion, retail, or e-commerce is a plus
