JOB OVERVIEW

We are a US-based real estate investment company looking for a Virtual Assistant who brings structure to a fast-moving operation. If you are the kind of person who catches what others overlook, follows through without being reminded, and keeps records clean and accurate — you are exactly who we need.

What you'll be doing:
Property due diligence — researching county records, reviewing title information, and verifying property data
Coordinating with county offices and real estate agents to obtain and track required documents
Transaction coordination — monitoring deal progress, organizing files, and keeping timelines on schedule
CRM management — recording and updating contact details and deal information consistently
Basic bookkeeping — categorizing and tracking business expenses in Excel or QuickBooks

Compensation & Details:
$640 – $800/month depending on experience
Full-time, fully remote
