**POSITION SUMMARY**

The CEO of a speech and debate academy in Korea does not slow down. He needs someone who reads the room before he enters it, handles what needs handling before he asks, and keeps his world organized so he can stay focused on the work only he can do.

This starts at 10 hours per week. No promises of more, but the right person will not stay at 10. Your client is in Seoul, KST. That matters for your schedule.

**WHAT THIS ROLE INVOLVES**

Inbox management. Calendar. Follow-ups. Drafting communications on his behalf. Tracking what is open and what is done. Being the reason nothing falls through the cracks.

**WHO THIS IS FOR**

You have supported a senior executive before and you were good at it. Your English is excellent, written and spoken. That is not negotiable. Korean language ability is not required but will be rewarded. You are discreet, organized, and two steps ahead. You do not need to be told twice and you definitely do not need to be told once.

**A WORD ABOUT YOUR SETUP**

Your workspace must be private and quiet. Not kind of quiet. Actually quiet. Your internet connection must be strong and stable, minimum 30 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload, under 50 ms ping, from a single provider. If your connection drops during a critical ---------- nt, that is a problem we cannot work around.
