JOB OVERVIEW

This role is full on. Every single day tasks problems priorities and decisions will be thrown at you from every direction. You will be managing suppliers coordinating a marketing team running a Shopify store chasing stock liaising with accountants and handling unexpected situations all at the same time. You are not just an assistant. You are the second brain. The operator. The organiser. The executor. When the founder has an idea you turn it into action. When something breaks you fix it before anyone notices. When suppliers go quiet you chase them. When the team loses direction you refocus them. The founder should never have to ask for an update or follow up on anything twice.

What You Own Every Single Day
Shopify store management end to end including listings banners discount codes inventory and backend updates
Klaviyo and email marketing coordination
Supplier communication stock chasing and purchase order management
Marketing team and social media coordination and accountability
Customer service escalation management
Bookkeeper and accountant liaison
Calendar priorities and daily task management
Every operational task that is not creative or strategic

You Must Have
Australian Eastern timezone availability. Non negotiable.
Proven Shopify experience managing a live ecommerce store. Non negotiable.
Previous EA or OBM experience specifically with an ecommerce brand. Essential.
Klaviyo or similar email platform experience strongly preferred.
Obsessive organisation and ability to manage 20 moving parts simultaneously without dropping one.
Excellent written English for supplier team and customer communication.
Zero need for supervision or hand holding. You figure things out independently.
You must maintain a live task management system and send a daily update every morning.
