JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast growing info product and coaching company looking for an extremely sharp Executive Assistant / Operations Specialist who can help us move faster, stay organized, and execute at a high level.

This is not a basic VA role you must be able to work weekends.

We need someone who is highly intelligent, speaks and writes excellent English, learns fast, solves problems without needing constant hand holding, and can support a team of young high performing entrepreneurs building a serious company.

You must be comfortable working in a fast paced startup environment where things move quickly, priorities change, and high standards are expected.

What You’ll Be Helping With

You will be assisting with operations, marketing, reporting, tech, automations, content, and general executive support.

Responsibilities may include:

Managing and organizing Go High Level funnels, automations, workflows, forms, pipelines, calendars, tags, triggers, and CRM systems

Building and maintaining Looker Studio dashboards and Google Sheets reports

Creating automations between tools like GHL, Google Sheets, Zapier, Make, ---------- , Slack, Jotform, Stripe, Whop, Shopify, and other platforms

Tracking KPIs, sales data, appointment data, show rates, close rates, refunds, chargebacks, and fulfillment data

Helping organize internal systems, SOPs, spreadsheets, dashboards, and team workflows

Assisting with funnel updates, landing page edits, form updates, CRM cleanup, and backend tech tasks

Basic video editing for short form and long form content

Clipping videos, organizing footage, adding captions, cutting content, and preparing assets for social media

Helping with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and content organization

Supporting the founders and leadership team with tasks that require speed, accuracy, and common sense

Finding better ways to do things and taking initiative without needing to be told every little step

Required Skills

You must have strong experience with:

Go High Level

Looker Studio

Google Sheets

Zapier or Make

Automations

CRM management

Basic funnel building

Data tracking and reporting

Video editing

Excellent English writing and communication

AI tools like ChatGPT

General tech problem solving

You do not need to be perfect at everything, but you do need to be extremely resourceful. If you do not know how to do something, you should be the type of person who figures it out quickly.

Video Editing Skills

You should be able to help with basic to intermediate video editing, including:

Cutting clips

Adding captions

Cleaning up videos

Creating short form content

Organizing footage

Making simple edits for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook

Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Descript, or similar tools is a plus.

Work Schedule

Full time role preferred.

Must be available during some US working hours.

Exact schedule can be discussed, but we need someone reliable and responsive.
