JOB OVERVIEW

Executive Assistant / Marketing Operations Assistant

I’m looking for a highly capable right-hand assistant to help me with a mix of marketing support, admin, digital implementation, website updates, content updates, reporting, and project coordination.

This is not just a basic admin role.

I need someone who is organised, proactive, detail-oriented, tech-comfortable, reliable, and good at getting things done. A big part of this role is helping take work off my plate. I will often set the direction or explain the outcome I want, and I need someone who can help turn that into action, implementation, follow-up and completion.

This is a long-term role for the right person.

The kind of work involved

You may be helping with things like:

working with Infusionsoft/Keap (creating automations, email broadcasts, tagging, reporting, etc)
updating WordPress pages
making edits in Elementor or similar page builders
updating newsletters and email broadcasts
uploading and formatting content
updating online course and membership content
helping with CRM and automation tasks
pulling together reports and simple dashboards
checking pages, emails, links and member areas for errors
documenting systems and creating checklists
turning rough notes or voice notes into action steps
following up freelancers, contractors or specialists
helping keep projects organised and moving forward
Important skills

A strong advantage for this role is experience with:

Keap / Infusionsoft
WordPress
Elementor
LearnDash
Memberium

email marketing systems
spreadsheets / reporting
project management tools
digital marketing support
online course or membership platforms

Hands-on Keap / Infusionsoft experience is strongly preferred, because it will be a useful part of this role.

If you have used Keap / Infusionsoft before, please explain exactly what tasks you handled inside the platform.

admin and cleanup

You do not need to know every platform already, but you do need to be smart, quick to learn, resourceful, calm, and comfortable figuring things out.

You’ll likely be a great fit if you:
are very organised
have strong written English
follow through well
notice details
take ownership
are proactive
can work independently
are comfortable with tech and online systems
like improving systems and making things smoother
can work from an outcome, not just step-by-step instructions

This role is probably not for you if:
you need constant supervision
you miss small details
you dislike learning new tools
you are slow to follow up
you prefer repetitive admin only
you wait to be told every tiny step
Hours and pay

Part-time to start: 20 to 25 hours per week
Rate: USD $6 to $8 per hour depending on experience, skill level, and fit
For candidates with strong relevant experience, especially with Keap / Infusionsoft, I’m open to paying toward the higher end.

This role can grow into a bigger long-term role for the right person.
