JOB OVERVIEW

Fashion Wholesale Coordinator
Full-Time | Remote | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Sydney time | $260 USD per week

We are hiring a Fashion Wholesale Coordinator to support a wholesale team in a fast-moving fashion business.
We are only looking for applicants with direct wholesale experience and experience in fashion, apparel, footwear, accessories, or a similar product-based industry.
This is not a general admin role and not a general VA role.

If you do not have wholesale experience, please do not apply.

Responsibilities:
- Support the wholesale team with daily admin and coordination
- Manage wholesale orders, updates, follow-up, and system maintenance
- Communicate professionally with wholesale customers and accounts
- Maintain accurate product, customer, and order records
- Prepare and update Excel trackers, reports, and spreadsheets
- Assist with wholesale platform updates and order entry
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders and requests are processed correctly
- Keep files, records, and reporting organised and up to date

Requirements:
- Experience in wholesale admin, wholesale support, wholesale customer service, or wholesale coordination
- Experience in fashion, apparel, footwear, accessories, or a similar industry
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong customer communication skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Very organised with high attention to detail
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks well
- Reliable, professional, and proactive

Highly preferred:
- Experience using JOOR, NuORDER, or similar wholesale platforms
- Experience with B2B order management and account support
- Experience working for a fashion brand, showroom, or wholesale distributor
