Chief of Staff & Operations Integrator (CEO Right Hand)
Remote | High-Growth Coaching & Tech Company

We are not looking for an assistant.

We are looking for a second brain to the CEO—someone who can think, d ---------- , execute, and lead.

This role is for a highly intelligent, proactive operator who thrives in fast-paced environments and can take ownership of both strategy and execution.

You will work directly with the CEO to ensure the business runs smoothly, clients are served at the highest level, and nothing falls through the cracks.

If you are someone who waits to be told what to do, this is not for you.

Responsibilities

Executive & Operational Leadership

Act as the CEO’s right hand in day-to-day operations

Manage calendar, priorities, and communications independently

Draft and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO with precision and discernment

Anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise

Client Experience & Revenue Support

Ensure all clients are properly onboarded and supported

Track payments, follow up on outstanding balances, and ensure revenue is collected

Identify opportunities to up-level clients into higher programs

Coordinate booking, scheduling, and follow-ups for all client interactions

Team & Systems Management

Oversee tea ---------- mbers and ensure tasks are completed on time

Hold team accountable to deliverables and deadlines

Organize workflows, systems, and processes for efficiency

Identify bottlenecks and solve problems independently

Business Operations

Keep the business running seamlessly in the CEO’s absence

Coordinate across marketing, sales, and operations

Ensure all moving parts of the business are aligned and executing

Qualifications

Exceptionally intelligent and resourceful

Highly proactive with strong initiative

Strong decision-making ability and sound judgment

Detail-oriented while maintaining big-picture awareness

Comfortable managing people and enforcing standards

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High level of discretion and confidentiality

Preferred

Experience in high-ticket coaching, online business, or startups

Background from a top-tier university or equivalent high-performance environment
