Responsibilities
As a Tax Office Admin Assistant, you will:
• Manage and respond to client messages (GoHighLevel, SMS,
• Assist with client onboarding using JotForm and internal workflows
• Organize and update client data in GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Navigate and support inside TaxSlayer software (hub + office logins)
• Help preparers with basic system navigation and status updates
• Keep pipelines, workflows, and follow-ups organized
• Support daily admin operations and team communication
• Assist with light marketing tasks (posting, follow-ups,
• Track leads, appointments, and client progress

Requirements
?? Experience with TaxSlayer software (REQUIRED)
?? Familiar with GoHighLevel (GHL)
?? Experience with JotForm (forms + routing)
?? Fast communicator and highly responsive
?? Strong organization and multitasking skills
?? Basic marketing knowledge (social media, follow-ups,
?? Able to work independently without constant supervision
?? Professional, reliable, and solution-oriented
