Full-Time Executive Assistant (Remote) – Join a Global Social Impact Social Enterprise ScaleUp
Salary: Up to 1000 USD/month (Full-Time, 160+ hours)
At HubLearn Group, we operate with a clear principle: outcomes over hours.
Through the use of advanced tools and systems, a significant part of repetitive work is automated. This allows you to focus on higher-value activities such as problem-solving, decision-making, and structured execution. As a result, your actual working hours may be lower—provided you are able to operate efficiently within this setup.
IMPORTANT: I personally review only applications that follow the instructions outlined in the “How to apply” section below. Please read carefully.
This role is for someone who wants to work remotely while contributing to a global Danish social enterprise focused on co-creation, upskilling, and reskilling people worldwide—independent of background or circumstance.
I am looking for a highly capable, business-minded, and proactive Executive Assistant who operates well in a dynamic environment and is motivated by growth, ownership, and long-term impact.
My name is Adam, Founder and CEO of HubLearn Group.
This is not a traditional assistant role. It is a long-term collaboration (minimum 2+ years) where you will act as an extension of my execution capacity and play a central role in scaling a global, mission-driven organization.
Due to my international schedule, your working hours will be aligned with your time zone. You will have autonomy in how you structure your work. What matters is execution, consistency, and results—not time spent. You will be compensated equally regardless of whether tasks require 80 or 200+ hours monthly. Performance and growth are the key metrics.
HubLearn Group’s mission is to increase access to knowledge, tools, and opportunities for individuals and organizations with limited resources. We operate globally with a focus on education, collaboration, and long-term impact.
Responsibilities:
• Organising, coordinating, and managing communication across stakeholders globally—from governmental level to local partners—ensuring alignment, preparation, and forward planning for meetings and CEO priorities
• Full calendar ownership, including scheduling, prioritization, and coordination
• Executing tasks based on voice memos, calls, and written instructions with minimal supervision
• Supporting, structuring, and updating global donation programs
• Developing written content in collaboration with the content team
• Managing and responding to business communication at a professional level
• Reviewing, refining, and elevating written materials
• Anticipating needs, identifying gaps, and ensuring forward
• Supporting copywriting initiatives with a focus on persuasive and impact-driven communication
• Managing and coordinating social media activities across platforms
• Handling administrative workflows (largely automated), including follow-ups and transcription
This role requires independent thinking, structured execution, and a proactive mindset. You are expected to contribute actively—not simply execute instructions. You will be involved in improving processes, communication, and overall operational flow.
You:
• Operate with strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Are able to produce clear, structured, and engaging written communication
• Take ownership and maintain high levels of accountability
• Work independently with strong attention to detail and prioritization
• Understand the expectations of working as a remote EA in a high-performance environment
• Are digitally capable and comfortable working with systems and tools
• Can operate in an international and fast-paced context
• Are committed to continuous development and learning
What you can expect:
• Direct involvement in a global startup and scale-up environment
• Continuous professional and personal development
• Flexible working structure based on output
• Access to tools and learning resources
• A collaborative and performance-oriented team environment
• The opportunity to contribute to meaningful global impact
• Potential opportunities to work physically in Denmark for periods
• Access to further education opportunities in Denmark
You will join the core team as an independent contractor, with the potential for long-term integration into the organization under a Danish employment structure.
How to apply for the position:
To be considered for this position, please complete the following tasks carefully. I will review your written tasks first before proceeding to the final step.
Task-1 Executive Scenario:
You receive this message fro
“I have multiple upcoming meetings with different stakeholders (government, partners, internal team), and I am traveling with no preparation done.”
Explain step-by-step how you would organize everything, what you would prepare for me, and how you ensure I stay one step ahead.
Task-2 Professional Communication:
Write a professional
Task-3 Task Execution from Ambiguous Input:
You receive a short voice memo fro
“Follow up on the donation program, check where we are, and update me.”
Explain what actions you would take, what information you would gather, and how you would report back to me.
Task-4 Content & Copywriting:
Write a short piece of content (max 800 characters) that promotes a global initiative related to education, impact, or opportunity. The content should be engaging, clear, and include a call-to-action.
Task-5 Why you?:
• List four reasons why you are the ideal Executive Assistant for HubLearn Group
Task-6 Short Video (max 2 minutes):
Record a short video introducing yourself and explaining why you are a strong fit for this role and how you would support a CEO working globally.

I look forward to your application.

Adam D
