My name is Adam, and I am the Founder and CEO of HubLearn Group.
I am looking for a full-time, highly professional, proactive, and independent Executive Assistant who can support me at a high level while actively contributing to our shared personal growth.
This is not just a traditional assistant role. It is a long-term collaboration (2+ years minimum) where you will play a key part in scaling a global, mission-driven company while continuously developing your own professional and personal potential.
Due to my international travel schedule, your working hours will be aligned with your time zone, offering flexibility and autonomy in how you manage your work.
For me, it is about solving the task and not the hours spent. For that reason, you will be paid the same amount no matter if you spend 80+ hours or 200+ hours monthly - It is the result and your growth that count!

The tasks I am looking for you to take ownership of include:
Responsibilities:
• Organising, coordinating, and communicating with all kinds of people, from top governmental stakeholders to local individuals in Y-country, ensuring that I (and you) are on track with meetings and one step ahead for upcoming meetings and CEO responsibilities
• Calendar management and meeting coordination
• Executing tasks communicated via voice memos, calls, or written instructions
• Starting, supporting, and updating the many global donation programs
• Creating written content for our social media platforms in collaboration with our content creator
• Managing and responding to business
• Proofreading, refining, and elevating my drafts
• Acting proactively and staying one step ahead by anticipating needs and priorities
• Ghostwriting and copywriting, with a strong focus on persuasive, sales- and empowering-oriented content
• Social media management, including writing, posting, engaging, and responding across platforms such as LinkedIn,
• Administrative support (largely automated), including follow-ups on events and meetings and transcription of videos and voice memos
This role requires someone who can work on their own, is proactive, curious, and wants to contribute - not just follow instructions. I expect you to take an active role in our collaboration by sharing your ideas, asking questions, and continuously looking for ways to improve how you and I operate.
You are someone who:
• Has strong English skills, both written and spoken, at a professional level
• Is an excellent communicator and writer who can create engaging, clear, and persuasive content
• Has a proactive mindset and takes ownership of tasks while keeping me consistently updated
• Works independently and delivers high-quality results with attention to detail
• Understands the role of being an EA while working remotely as my Virtual Assistant and how to provide exceptional support in a fast-paced environment
• Has strong digital skills and a stable internet connection
• Is comfortable working with a CEO who has a Nordic leadership style and with an international, diverse team
• Is eager to learn, grow, and continuously improve

You will be part of the core main team at HubLearn Group while working remotely as an independent contractor under a contractor agreement and potentially later as an integrated employee with all the benefits of a Danish employee (health care, access to your own office worldwide, etc.).
