FOUNDER'S RIGHT-HAND EA / OPERATIONS MANAGER
Remote · Full-Time · Growth Path to Chief of Staff
40 hrs/week · Min. 4 hrs overlap with US Pacific Time
This is not a task-runner role. This is a values-driven, growth-oriented position for someone who wants to be part of building something meaningful — and grow into a long-term leadership seat.
WHO WE ARE
We are a marketing, media, and personal brand company built around one founder's vision. At the center of everything is a message about ownership, discipline, personal growth, and becoming the best version of yourself so you can show up fully for the people around you.
We believe that structure and routines are what set people free — not hold them back. We build with intention, hold ourselves to a high standard, and show up every day committed to getting better.
If that resonates with you at a personal level — not just professionally — keep reading.
THE ROLE
You are the founder's right hand — remote, reliable, and deeply aligned with his vision.
Your job is to learn how Anthony thinks, what he values, and how he makes decisions — so you can start operating on his behalf, taking things off his plate, and getting things to a final draft for his approval instead of bringing him raw problems.
This role is EA-first. You will handle calendar management, protect his time, manage follow-ups, and be the go-between for Anthony and the people around him. But you are also a systems thinker — you take Anthony's ideas and vision, turn them into a manageable project, and then check in daily to make sure the team is aligned and moving. If there are roadblocks, you problem-solve first. If it's beyond your scope, you bring it to Anthony — clearly and with options.
Your most important job is keeping Anthony in the zone — executing on the things only he can do.
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
• Manage Anthony's calendar — block his time, protect his deep work, and make sure he is never double-booked
• Be the go-between for Anthony and the team, clients, and guests — so he is not the bottleneck
• Take his vision and ideas and turn them into structured, manageable projects with clear next steps
• Once priorities are set with Anthony, personally drive progress on those goals — tracking, following up, and keeping the team accountable so things actually move
• Check in daily with Anthony and the team to make sure things are on track and aligned
• Identify roadblocks early — problem-solve what you can, escalate what you can't with options in hand
• Help ideate and generate content directions for the podcast and personal brand
• Reach out to potential podcast guests, manage scheduling, and make sure guests show up prepared and on time
• Handle follow-ups so nothing falls through the cracks
• Actively use and explore AI tools to save time, cut costs, and help Anthony's message reach more people faster
• Protect Anthony's time so he can focus on what only he can do — creating, thinking, and leading
WHO YOU ARE
You are someone who:
• Has worked directly with an entrepreneur or founder before and thrived in that environment
• Understands that entrepreneurial energy means a lot of ideas — and your job is to bring them back down to the main priorities and execute
• Has managed other people, reviewed their work, held them to a standard, and given real feedback
• Is genuinely curious about AI and how to use it to save time, systematize processes, and get a message to more people faster — candidates actively exploring AI tools will be prioritized
• Is deeply personally growth-oriented — you read, you reflect, you work on yourself
• Believes in discipline, ownership, and routines — not as rigid rules but as the foundation for freedom
• Is a positive, stable, grounding presence — the kind of person others feel calm around
• Either wants to build your own business someday or is passionate about supporting someone who is building one
• Is extremely organized and highly detail-oriented — you catch what others miss and nothing falls through the cracks
• Has experience with Asana, Notion, or similar project management tools
• Can capture thoughts, ideas, and brain-dumps quickly and accurately — turning them into something actionable or something to revisit later
• Communicates in clear, clean English — written and verbal
You exercise regularly. You eat to support your body. You invest in your relationships, your faith, and your mental and emotional health. The people around you might think you are a little intense about wanting better for yourself and your family — and you would not have it any other way.
You believe God has a plan for your life and you show up every day to honor it. Faith and discipline are not opposites to you. They work together.
You know there is more opportunity out there than what is immediately around you and you are willing to work hard to reach it. That hunger is not a burden — it is what drives you.
We have high standards here and we do not apologize for them. We are not looking to drag anyone along or ask anyone to be something they are not. We are looking for someone already on their own path — because when people with high standards are in the same room, everyone gets better.
The skill sets matter — but what we are really looking for is a growth mindset so strong that the skills become almost secondary. If you are obsessed with learning and getting better, you will figure out what you need to figure out. That drive is what we cannot teach — and it is what will determine how far you go here.
You will be challenged here. You will be encouraged here. And if you are the right person, you will be elevated here.
If your instinct is to wait to be told what to do, this won't be the right fit.
If your instinct is to see what needs to happen and make it happen — welcome home.
THE GROWTH PATH
We are transparent about where this role goes for the right person:
• Months 1–3: Learn Anthony's world — his voice, his vision, his decision-making. Handle EA tasks, protect his calendar, and start building systems.
• Months 3–6: Take on more ownership. Start representing Anthony in communications and managing the team with more independence.
• 6–12 months: Functioning as a remote Operations Lead — running the day-to-day with minimal oversight.
• Year 2+: Chief of Staff track — for the right person, this seat grows into something significant.
As we grow and develop together, we will hone this in. But that is the structure and the intention. We invest in people who invest in the mission. Compensation grows as the role and trust grow.
One of the key factors in your growth path and compensation will be this: the more you can delegate and elevate — to a tea

STEP 1: RECORD A 90-SECOND VIDEO
Record a 90-second video answering the three questions below. Use Loom, your phone, or any recording tool. Keep it natural — we want to hear who you actually are, not a rehearsed performance.
Q1. How are you currently using AI — and how do you think about it as a tool?
We are not looking for someone who uses ChatGPT to write
Q2. What excites you about this role — and how do you think you can add value?
We want to know if you have worked in an entrepreneurial environment before, what drew you to this opportunity specifically, and how your background sets you up to contribute. Be specific — we can tell the difference between someone who read the job post and someone who actually connected with it.

We are looking for someone growth-oriented who has a vision for their own life. Tell us about yours.
