This role is for someone with previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Operations Assistant!
You will work closely with the Founder to manage daily operations, communication, scheduling, and internal systems
JOB DETAILS:
- Manage the Founder’s calendar and meetings (book calls, send links, set reminders)
- Organize
- Remind the team about deadlines and tasks (Ask for updates, ensure work)
- Tracking tasks, deadlines, and project progress
- Preparing documents, reports, presentations, and internal trackers
- Coordinating with influencer managers, marketing, and operations
- Organizing files, SOPs, and internal systems (Google Drive, Sheets, Coda, etc.)
- Supporting hiring, onboarding, and HR admin processes (check CVs, schedule interviews)
- Handling basic finance admin (invoices, expense tracking, payment follow-ups)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Very good English (speaking and writing)
- At least 2 years experience as an Executive Assistant or Admin Assistant
- Very organized and good at following up
- Can work without being told every small step
- Comfortable using Google Drive and WhatsApp every day
- Good internet and quiet place to work
- Can work full-time and follow Dubai working hours

HOURS
Full-time (40 hours per week)
Must overlap with Dubai working hours
RATE
$300/month
